Colon cleanse to lose weight? This is one thing about colon cleansing that really intrigues me. I have been using Bowtrol Colon Cleanse but never for the purpose of losing weight. I don’t know if people write about this just to push their products or there are really some truth to it. I always felt better and my body seems to feel lighter after a colon cleanse but I am not really sure if there are people doing this specifically to lose weight. Please share your stories if you have any success with this.

What a great weekend. Great weather here in California, family and relatives all gather together for the Thanksgiving dinner at our house. It was really wonderful. My kids also had so much fun seeing their cousins, our house was literally turned upside down with all those running, jumping and the endless laughter. Kids really do make this kind of occasion very special. One thing though that I noticed today was I felt I gained a few pounds over the weekend. Not good, definitely I have to watch my diet or my blood pressure would shoot up again. I think it might also be a good time to have my colon cleanse.
